Chris Byrom Keynote Speaker at 16th Data Driven Marketing Congress – Brussels 23rd May 2013


Chris Byrom will be making a keynote presentation at the STIMA Data Driven Marketing Congress in Brussels on 23rd May.

His presentation will include how organisations have benefited from using MicroMatch motivational segmentation to improve customer engagement through better targeting, offers and messaging.

He will also be talking about how Barclays increased customer engagement and improved retention of its current account customers by using transactional data to deliver relevant benefit reinforcement messages.

The event will be taking place at Autoworld in Brussels.
