Inaccord at Lancaster University Management School

Inaccord Directors Tim Hadfield and Chris Byrom this week led a session for MBA students at Lancaster University Management School designed to provide practical insights into delivering change in organisations. Tim and Chris presented a number of case studies and provided practical guidance to help students to best develop change initiatives and articulate change requirements through the demonstration of benefits and by ensuring the pertinence and relevance of business cases to recommend change initiatives. The two hour session included an interactive presentation and provided students with the opportunity to discuss the practicalities of change implementation.

The session was organised by Dr Andy Bailey from the Lancaster University Management School’s Centre for Strategic Management and was attended by Emeritus Professor Mary Rose of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development at LUMS.

The Lancaster University Management School MBA is ranked in the Top 10 in the UK and Top 100 globally.
