Abigail is a broad based and versatile executive, with both retail and wholesale banking experience and a track record in delivering big ticket transformation initiatives. Her specialties include balance sheet and treasury risk management, retail banking strategy, cost management and large scale leadership transformation.
Abigail brings with her significant customer management and engagement experience having been responsible for establishing enterprise wide customer management practices at MTN in South Africa.
She has also worked for Deloitte, where she was a Director and where later she led a project to deliver target operating model for a major insurer and implemented a CRM system for its life assurance business. Additionally, she has worked for AT Kearney, Nedbank, HSBC Investment, First National Bank and ABSA in South Africa, Barclays and IBM.
She also studied Law and has an MSC in Business, Economics and Finance from the London Business School.
