STIMA Data Driven Marketing Conference – Brussels 23rd May 2013

Brussels ConfChris Byrom was the keynote speaker at the STIMA Data Driven Marketing Conference in Brussels on 23rd May. He presented two cases on how organisations have used data to improve customer engagement:Firstly, how Barclays used transactional data to reinforce the benefits of Barclays current accounts and improve customer engagement and retention and also how organisations like Philips Lighting used motivational segmentation to improve targeting, offer relevance and communications to increase returns on marketing investment. The request to present at the conference came through Inaccord Consultant Ingrid Sluis who is part of STIMAs organising committee.
